Texarkana, USA – November 8, 2018 – The Texarkana Twins are excited to announce that their 2019 schedule will begin Wednesday, May 29^th at home with 2 set games at George Dobson Field against the newest Texas Collegiate League (TCL) franchise, the Baton Rouge Rougarou.

After the home opener series, The Texarkana Twins will hit the road to battle last year’s TCL champion, the Victoria Generals and then on to face last year’s runner-up, the Acadiana Cane Cutters. The Twins will come back to George Dobson Field on June 6^th to host the same Generals and Cane Cutters in 2 game sets. On June 12^th, the Twins will face the Brazos Valley Bombers, last year’s regular season champions, four straight games, with the first two games being at home in Texarkana. 

The Twins will be hosting a total of 28 home games at George Dobson Field this season and traveling to the other Texas Collegiate League members’ home turf for the remaining 28 regular season games. 

From July 2^ndthrough the 4^th, the Texas Collegiate League will take its mid-season break and celebrate the All-Star Game activities. The All-star game is the league’s annual showcase of top players from the League.

The Twins last regular season homestand will be from August 4^th through the 7^th before wrapping up their regular season on August 9^th, on the road against the Brazos Valley Bombers. The TCL playoffs are set to begin on August 10^th with a best of three-game series. The TCL Championship will be decided in one game on August 13^th.

Saturday Home Games: June 8^th, June 22^nd, June 29^th, July 13^th
